The Season of Lent
Lenten Fasting on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, all Catholics (in good health) between the ages of 18 and 59 are to fast – taking only one meal, (two smaller meals may be eaten if needed to maintain strength.) No snacking between meals.
Lenten Abstinence – on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and all Fridays of Lent, all Catholics (in good health), 14yrs of age and older, are to abstain from eating meat.
No Catholic should excuse her/himself lightly from keeping the fast and abstinence of Lent

6pm – Stations, Mass & K of C Fish Fry: March 15 - St. Francis, March 22 - St. Joseph, April 5 - St. Patrick, April 12- St. Teresa
